oneLynk was born from a concrete observation: buyer management in residential construction is one of the most time-consuming and error-prone processes in the entire construction industry — and simultaneously one of the least digitalised. Yet it is precisely this process that determines whether a project runs smoothly or not.
We experienced this problem ourselves and observed it at general contractors throughout German-speaking Switzerland: buyer managers spend hours every day on emails, queries and manual coordination — instead of buyer management. The result: capacity limits that constrain growth, and workflows that depend on individual people.
