Supplier Integration

Suppliers receive everything they need.
Directly. Structured. On time.

In oneLynk, the supplier is part of the process, not the recipient of incomplete emails. Structured requirements, digital quotes, coordinated appointments — everyone on the same page.

  • Structured requirements directly in the system — complete, clear, on time
  • Upload quotes digitally — versioned, immediately visible to buyer management
  • Appointments documented in the system — visible to all parties
  • Supplier sees only the units and tasks assigned to them
Supplier portal: brief received, quote submitted, appointment confirmed

FOR PRACTICAL USE

What changes when suppliers are part of the process.

Suppliers are a central part of buyer management — and at the same time one of the most common sources of errors. When requirements are sent by email, information is often missing, outdated, or reaches the wrong person. In oneLynk, the supplier gets access to the relevant units and sees the requirements structured: which trade, which unit, which deadline. They upload their quote directly into the system and propose appointments. The buyer manager retains control: they decide what the supplier sees, review quotes before forwarding them to the buyer, and coordinate appointments. The result is fewer misunderstandings, fewer correction rounds, and a cleaner handover.

«Our suppliers immediately reported that they finally know what is expected of them — and when.»

Frequently asked questions

About Supplier Integration in Residential Construction

Do suppliers need their own login?
Yes. Each supplier receives individual login credentials and sees only the units and tasks assigned to them. Buyer management controls access and visibility.
Can suppliers upload quotes directly?
Yes. The supplier uploads their quote as a document to the system. Buyer management receives a notification, reviews the quote and forwards it to the buyer for approval if needed.
How many suppliers can be integrated?
There is no limit. Suppliers are typically structured by trade: kitchen, bathroom, flooring, electrical, etc. Each supplier sees only their assigned areas.
What does the supplier see — and what not?
The supplier sees only the units and tasks assigned to them. No overall budget overview, no data from other buyers, no information from other suppliers.
